Seamless coiled tubing control line and welded coiled tubing are the core components of underground control and process pipelines. The characteristic is the lack of joints over long distances. The probability of leakage is low. It can achieve small radius winding and fast laying. Suitable for space constraints and complex paths.

Typical materials are 304, 316, 2205, and 2507, as well as nickel alloys 625 and 825. Can cover environments containing sulfur, chlorine, and high-temperature saltwater. The selection of materials requires a comprehensive consideration of the medium, temperature, chloride ion, and hydrogen sulfide concentration. Suggest referring to corrosion rate and yield strength, and checking NACE and ASTM clauses.

In terms of manufacturing, coiled tubing can be seamless or welded. Advanced technology adopts laser welding, cold drawing, and bright annealing. The weld seam is stable and the heat affected zone is small. Cooperate with PMI, online eddy current and air or water pressure testing. The common testing pressure in the industry is up to 15000psi. Support plastic wrapping, steel wire armor, and multi-core structure. Customizable according to outer diameter, wall thickness, disc length, and coil type.
