Manufacturing Process Flow

The production of welded coiled tubing begins with steel strip. First, incoming inspection of the raw steel strip is conducted to confirm the material is correct; then strip butt welding is performed. The welded strip is cleaned first, then formed into a tube shape, and the tube body is formed through laser welding. Next, the product undergoes sizing, cold drawing, and in-line bright annealing processes. The formed welded coiled tubing also requires in-line eddy current testing as well as hydrostatic or airtight testing to verify weld integrity and pressure sealing performance. Finally, the product undergoes precision winding, marking, final inspection, plastic encapsulation, packaging, and warehousing, with shipment arranged according to customer requirements.

Rilsan PA 11 Encapsulation

Rilsan PA 11 (bio-based nylon 11), derived from natural castor oil, is an eco-friendly, high-performance polyamide. It offers excellent oil resistance, chemical resistance, and flexibility, along with good wear and fatigue resistance, low moisture absorption, and dimensional stability. PA 11 is widely used in automotive fuel systems, hydraulic lines, sports equipment, and other fields. 304/304L Austenitic Stainless Steel

304 is the most versatile and widely used austenitic stainless steel. Its alloy composition consists of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. It offers excellent corrosion resistance and good overall mechanical properties. It performs stably in atmospheric environments and general corrosive media. 304 offers good weldability and excellent low-temperature toughness. It is easy to machine and form. 304L is the low-carbon version. It is particularly suitable for thick-plate welding and high-temperature applications.

Siri Laboratory is equipped with tensile testing machines, impact testing machines, metallographic microscopes, hardness testers, and other equipment, capable of conducting various mechanical property tests including tensile testing, flaring testing, flattening testing, bending testing, and hardness testing. At the same time, the laboratory conducts professional testing such as chemical composition analysis, intergranular corrosion testing, and metallographic analysis. A1: We offer four plastic encapsulation materials: FEP, PVDF, Rilsan PA 11, and Santoprene TPV. FEP and PVDF have excellent chemical corrosion resistance, while Rilsan PA 11 offers good flexibility. You can select the most suitable encapsulation material based on the specific application environment.
