MTSCO invested in and established its own manufacturer—Siri Tubing. Siri Tubing focuses on the production of high-strength stainless steel and nickel alloy welded coiled tubing and multi-core tubings, which can be up to 50000fts/coil. Our control line diameters range from 3.18mm (0.125 Inch) to 38.1mm (11/2 Inch), and we can provide welded coiled tubing up to 10000 meters in length without butt welds. We can mainly supply materials of 304/L, 316/L, 316Ti, 2205/2507, alloy 625/825,etc..

Equipment
Laser welding ensures stable seams. We perform 100% online ET and pressure testing (up to 15,000psi). Quality is controlled from PMI to lab throughout the process.
Packaging
Professional solutions protect coils. Products are firmly wrapped on custom plywood, wooden, or iron reels. We ensure intact delivery after long-distance transport.

Quality Control of Raw Materials
Our raw materials come from large factories such as POSCO，JISCO, ANSTEEL, ATI, YAKIN, Outokumpu, TSINGSHAN, Baosteel ...Each batch of raw materials requires MTC and PMI. After the raw materials arrive, we conduct PMI and other inspections again to ensure that they meet the requirements.
Process Control During Production
The mainly production process includes 100% leaser welding, cold drawing, bright annealing and plastic wrapping.
Each process is supervised by experienced engineers and technicians. Each link is supervised by professional qc inspectors and photographed for archiving. The entire process uses process cards to ensure accuracy and traceability.
Quality Control Before Shipment
Siri Tubing has professional QC team to conduct a series of inspections and experiments on the tubes, including routine appearance, PMI, size, quantity, and other inspections. At the same time, we also conducts mechanical testing, hardness testing, air tightness, ET and other tests. All welded coiled tubing have passed 100% high-pressure testing,with a conventional testing pressure of 5000PSI and a maximum of 15000psi.
In addition, we also accept third-party inspection, such as SGS, TUV, and BV.
