To ensure every encapsulated control line meets the highest standards upon shipment, MTSCO implements a comprehensive 3 quality control system throughout production at the Siri Tubing facility.

Strict Source Control: All metal raw materials are sourced from renowned steel mills, with each batch verified through Material Test Certificates (MTC) and PMI test.

Process Traceability: Critical operations—including welding, bright annealing, cold drawing, and plastic encapsulation—are executed under process card guidance, with QC documentation and photographic records maintained throughout.

100% Outgoing Inspection: Each reel control line undergoes visual, dimensional, high-pressure testing (typically 5000 PSI), eddy current testing,mechanical testing and hardness testing.
