Advanced Pickling & Annealing Process

For 304 stainless steel pipes, heat treatment is critical. We strictly execute the solution annealing process during production to eliminate processing stress and restore the material's corrosion resistance. The subsequent pickling and heat treatment thoroughly removes oxide scale, forming a dense protective film on the pipe surface. This process ensures durability in harsh industrial environments. MTSCO utilizes advanced annealing furnaces and pickling tanks to ensure every delivered pipe possesses a clean surface and excellent metallographic structure.

To ensure compliance with ISO and PED standards, we implement a strict quality control system:

• Raw Material Re-inspection: All raw materials come from major mills like Baosteel and TSINGSHAN, and must undergo PMI testing before entry.

• Process Monitoring: The entire production process is tracked using process cards and supervised in real-time by experienced technicians.

• Final Inspection: We conduct 100% visual and dimensional inspections, as well as Eddy Current Testing (ET) and Hydrostat testing before shipment.
