TP316L seamless pipes typically undergo cold rolling processes, combined with solution annealing and pickling to ensure uniform microstructure and surface cleanliness. Annealed pickling and polished processes enhance pipe consistency and reduce system operational risks. How Do We Control Quality at Every Stage of Production?

• Secondary inspection of raw materials: Raw materials are sourced from major steel mills such as Baosteel and TSingshan. Each batch of products undergoes MTC and PMI testing. Upon arrival, materials undergo additional PMI testing to ensure chemical composition complies with TP316L specifications, controlling quality risks at the source.

• Full Production Traceability: Seamless pipe manufacturing is supervised throughout by experienced on-site QC personnel. Each process step is managed using process cards and documented with photographic records, ensuring traceability of dimensions, surface conditions, and process status.

• 100% Pre-Shipment Inspection: Finished pipes undergo visual, dimensional, quantity, and PMI tests prior to shipment. Additional tests including UT, ET, and mechanical properties are performed per project specifications. We also support third-party inspections by SGS, TUV, BV, etc., to guarantee each batch of TP316L seamless pipes meets project and standard requirements.
