Our stringent quality assurance protocol includes comprehensive PMI and other inspections to ensure strict material adherence and compliance.

Within MTSCO's seamless tube production, an array of processes encompass cold rolling, cold drawing, annealing, pickling, and surface treatment. Leveraging advanced production equipment, coupled with our seasoned engineers and technicians, every stage is vigilantly overseen by them and meticulously documented through photography for archival purposes. The assurance of precision and traceability characterizes our production as we employ process cards to meticulously monitor and authenticate each step of the manufacturing journey.

MTSCO boasts a proficient QC team which meticulously conducts a suite of examinations and tests on our products encompassing visual assessment, PMI analysis, dimensional scrutiny, quantity validation, and more. Simultaneously, we subject our offerings to comprehensive mechanical, hardness, ultrasonic, and eddy current inspections, along with hydraulic testing. We also extend the scope by accepting third-party evaluations like SGS, TUV, and BV. As a precautionary measure, we adhere to secure packaging techniques and employ practices such as container reinforcement, ensuring the utmost safeguarding of goods against transportation perils prior to shipping.
