The production of coiled tubing begins with raw material inspection. All strip materials undergo raw material inspections before entering production to ensure compliance with ASTM standards. The material then proceeds to the forming stage, where it is shaped into tubular form. After forming, laser welding is used to complete the longitudinal seam, ensuring stable weld quality and a small heat-affected zone. Cold drawing follows to improve dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Bright annealing is then carried out under a protective atmosphere to relieve forming stress and enhance corrosion resistance.After heat treatment, final inspection is conducted, including dimensional checks, pressure testing, and non-destructive testing. Qualified products are marked and properly packaged before shipment.
