The manufacturing of Alloy C276 seamless tubes primarily involves hot piercing for billet production, cold rolling, and critical annealing and solution treatment stages. Among all processes, the final solution treatment most critically impacts the finished tube's performance. This step rapidly quenches the tubes in water at a specific high temperature, fully dissolving alloy elements into the matrix to restore it to an optimal austenitic single-phase state. This process directly determines whether C-276 tubes achieve uniform microstructure and exceptional corrosion resistance. Solution treatment is one of the core steps ensuring the quality of high-performance tubing.

Packaging

We offer both full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) export packaging for Alloy C276 Seamless Tubes. Each tube undergoes thorough cleaning and drying, is encased in moisture-proof plastic bags, and fitted with end caps at both ends. Subsequently, products are securely fastened within sturdy plywood cates. This ensures protection against moisture and impact while complying with international shipping standards.
