Alloy C2000 seamless pipes are typically produced through hot piercing, followed by cold working processes to improve dimensional accuracy. Solution heat treatment is then applied to optimize the microstructure. During production, deformation levels and temperature ranges are strictly controlled to reduce residual stress and enhance corrosion resistance, meeting long-term service requirements.
In terms of quality control, each pipe undergoes dimensional inspection, visual inspection, chemical composition analysis, and non-destructive testing to ensure compliance with ASTM B622 requirements. MTSCO’s alloy C2000 seamless pipes are produced by our holding factory using the above process and are monitored throughout production by on-site QC personnel to ensure reliable long-term performance.

A1: We can supply a wide range of lengths. In addition to standard lengths, supported by the advanced equipment of our holding factory, we can provide extended pipes up to 25 meters.
Q2: What specifications of TP304/304L seamless pipes can you supply?
A2: We offer a full range of specifications, with outer diameters from 8 mm to 711 mm and wall thicknesses from 1 mm to 50 mm. Through close cooperation with our holding factory HUXIN PIPE, we can also supply extra-long pipes up to 18 meters and 25 meters to meet special project requirements.
