FEP Laminating

FEP (fluorinated ethylene-propylene copolymer) is a fully fluorinated material with exceptional chemical resistance, capable of withstanding the effects of virtually all chemicals. It features an extremely low surface friction coefficient and strong non-stick properties, along with excellent electrical insulation and resistance to both high and low temperatures. FEP offers high transparency and is easy to clean, making it widely used in high-end industries such as semiconductors, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. TP316/TP316L/TP316Ti Austenitic Stainless Steel

TP316 adds molybdenum to the 304 composition. This significantly enhances resistance to chloride ion corrosion. It performs excellently in marine environments and media containing halide ions. TP316L is the low-carbon variant. Its carbon content is ≤0.03%. It is suitable for complex components where post-weld heat treatment is not feasible. TP316Ti contains added titanium. Titanium stabilizes carbides, effectively preventing intergranular corrosion. It offers better long-term stability in high-temperature environments.

Eddy Current Testing

MTSCO configures in-line eddy current testing equipment on the production line to perform 100% testing on coiled tubing after laser welding. Eddy current testing utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction—when the probe scans the surface of the tube, abnormal electromagnetic signals occur in the weld area, and the system automatically identifies and marks defect locations. Eddy current testing has high efficiency and extremely high sensitivity. This method can detect defects such as surface cracks, pores, and lack of penetration.
