How We Control Surface?

Annealing and Pickling (AP) is a critical process for ensuring the corrosion resistance of stainless steel seamless pipes. After high-temperature solution treatment eliminates work hardening, pickling thoroughly removes surface oxide scales, leaving the pipe with a uniform, matte gray-white finish. This process not only cleans the surface but also effectively resists chemical corrosion in harsh environments. HUXIN PIPE utilizes advanced annealing furnaces and pickling tanks, strictly controlling acid concentration and immersion time. We guarantee that every pipe is surface-clean and free of residual iron ions for a perfect delivery.

Critical product inspection to ensure undamaged delivery

· Raw Material Re-inspection: We execute 100% PMI testing upon raw material arrival and verify again before production to ensure accurate material grades and eliminate material mixing risks.

· Full Process Traceability: Production strictly follows the Process Card. MTSCO's resident QC team ensures every step is documented and traceable.

· Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Combining Eddy Current Testing (ET) and Hydrostatic Testing, we conduct full-coverage inspections to ensure zero cracks or leaks. The resident QC team retains image records for traceability.
